I have attempted to give proper credit for the photos and other media on this site. The Metallica photos come from a variety of sources including The Metallica Club, Metallica.com, and out of my own personal collection from old magazines, etc.

All copyrights belong to their respective owners, I DO NOT attempt to claim ownership of any photos that are not personally mine.

The water marks of "www.montyjay.com" and "www.freewebs.com/montyjay/metgear.html" on some photos are *only* there so that if someone sees ONLY this photo, they can find their way to this site and hopefully learn some new information.

The rest of the actual presentation of this site remains copyrighted and my property. Please do not cut and paste without permission. It has taken me a long time, lots of money, and a lot of hard work to compile all this information for others.
